代金清算方法

Web reservation with on-site payment: Payment is required at check-in.
Advance payment by credit card: Payment will be processed by credit card at the time of web reservation.

役務の提供期間

代金前払いの場合の通知
Notification in Case of Advance Payment		予約成立後、電子メールにて以下の内容を通知します。
・顧客からの申し込みを承諾する旨またはしない旨：予約完了の時点で承諾されたものとします。
・役務提供事業者の氏名または名称、住所および電話番号：メール末尾に記載しております。
・当該金銭を受領した年月日：特に記載のない場合は、予約成立日が決済日となります。
・役務の提供時期：宿泊予定日をメールに記載します。

After the reservation is confirmed, the following information will be provided via email:
・Whether the reservation request has been accepted: The reservation is considered accepted at the time the booking is completed.
・Name, address, and telephone number of the service provider: Stated at the end of the email.
・Date of receipt of payment: Unless otherwise specified, the payment date is the reservation confirmation date.
・Date of service provision: The scheduled accommodation date will be stated in the email.
料金以外に必要な費用
Additional Fees		宿泊プランに明記がある場合を除き、食事代金は、食事をご希望の場合には別途申し受けます。料金詳細は、宿泊プラン詳細ページにて条件を記載いたします。
Unless otherwise specified in the accommodation plan, meal fees are not included in the accommodation price and will be charged separately upon request. Details will be provided on the accommodation plan details page.
返金
Refund Policy		宿泊およびサービスの特性上、ご宿泊利用後における返金はできません。
台風・強風・海況悪化によるフェリー結構など、不可抗力によるキャンセルの場合は、該当宿泊日の料金を返金いたします。一方で、体調不良などの個人的な理由や単なる雨天などのフェリー運航に影響しない天候を理由によるキャンセルは返金対象外となります。
上記と異なる条件の場合は、各宿泊プラン詳細ページにて条件を記載いたします。
Due to the nature of accommodation and related services, refunds cannot be made after the stay has been completed.
In the event of a cancellation due to force majeure, such as typhoons, strong winds, or ferry cancellations caused by rough sea conditions, the accommodation fee for the affected night(s) will be refunded.
However, cancellations due to personal reasons, such as illness, or weather conditions that do not affect ferry operations (e.g., ordinary rainfall), are not eligible for a refund.
